First of all, thank you to all who wished me and Sawyer a happy birthday! And thank you for your continued support of and prayers for Cora. I got to have her older siblings here for the day. Grace, who is 8, painted Emmy's nails and toenails. Andrew, who is only one month behind Sawyer, and Sawyer played with legos. Then we all walked to the community beach in our neighborhood and the kids played for a while. It really was a great day... good to see them and to have so much fun with them! Here are all the at the beach, shouting "Quack!" for the picture. (We saw tons of ducks today). Um and don't mind that Sawyer's bathing suit is SO crooked- missed that one! oops!
I also want to say thank you today to some special friends who took the time to send me something special for my birthday. Emily, who has consigned with me for some time and who has become a very close friend, dropped by today and brought me this cute little guy! How awesome is his color! I think I shall call him Henry and I shall always love him.
And then when I got the mail today, there was a package for me from another good friend, Sharon. It was packaed up so beautifully, that I felt bat opening it!
Inside the little bag was this beautiful business card holder which are meant for my new business cards when I finally get to the shop and need them! Isn't it AWESOME???? Love it!!!
And the box housed this adorable ring! And yes, I am wearing my wedding ring under it in this picture, but I couldn't put it on my right hand and take a picture as I am right handed. :) But currently it is on my right ring finger. And sorry for the slightly blurry picture- I was stabilizing and taking the picture all with my right hand!
Thank you so much, Emily and Sharon, for helping to make my birthday special!
So now for an update on housing. This will be very brief. Because we still don't have a house to move into. The End.

Happy happy b'day to you and Sawyer, Cassie! I have been behind on my blog reading but have been thinking of you. I love your owl gifts - that ring is AWESOME. The other day i was on a run in the woods at sunrise and came across two beautiful great horned owls. They were magical and it was such a gift to see them. I'm thinking of you with your house situation -- I just know the right home will show up soon! xxxooo
