You probably had no idea, but I got on an airplane two days ago and flew out to Los Angeles to visit my brother and help him with his kitchen. He bought the cutest bungalow in Echo Park and has been working on redoing it all himself with the help of his girlfriend and friends. Yesterday while he worked, Viri and I worked on priming walls, and designing the space color wise. I am sure they will send me pictures when it is all done so I can share them with you! Tomorrow, we head out to the Rose Bowl Flea market where I will meet up with
Ali and
Lisa (who by the way are identical twins!) and am sooooo excited!
Ok, enough making you jealous.... let's get to POWW faves!
Kim from
A Brush of Whimsy completed a large and gorgeous custom order for a client! I am sure that was one happy client!
Girl V. the World redid a fabulous French chair- looove the ticking stripe on it!
Rachel at
A Suite Revival shared this awesome gradient desk- I am loving the yellows!

Amy from
The Salvage Collection redid this awesome waterfall piece. I love the fun and off center stencils- they add interest and quirkiness, and I love that!

And lastly, I am soooo loving the wood grain effect from Lisa from
Recaptured Charm.
Happy Weekend!

I love that chair with the ticking on it!! I just saw a similar styled one on CL and now I'm wish I had picked it up. It was a bit high though. This makes me want to go grab it!
Hi Cassie!
I am writing to solicit some of your expert advice. I love your blog and your creations and would love some advisement. I scored some beautiful pieces of antique furniture for FREE today and wondered what I should do with them - paint or not? Would you mind sending me some thoughts and ideas my way? You can view the pictures at the link listed below:

THanks for your help! It is much appreciated!
