POWW Faves & An Arrival!

Happy weekend!  Have you got any fun plans this weekend?  I had lunch with a good friend yesterday and got to finally meet her almost 5 month old baby who is adorable and chubby cheeked!  She was bringing me a dresser to paint for him... it's a fun one! :)  Today my good friend Andi and her girls are coming for a visit, and Sunday our neighbor's daughter is coming over for dinner and movie night here.  So it will be a busy weekend spent in good company!

And to add to all the weekend fun, one of my closest bloggy (and real life!) friends gave birth last night to her first baby, a beautiful boy with the biggest brightest eyes!!!!!  Lisa from Turning the Tables welcomed the much anticipated and already so loved Oliver!  Congratulations, Lisa, Aunt Ali, and family!  Much love, friend!  I can't wait to meet him in person!

So this week I was totally blown away by your creativity and had avery hard time picking features.  So if you believe in your heart your project was awesome and you don't see it featured here, you can bet your bottom dollar it is awesome, but i can't feature them all!
For some reason as I am writing this, images on blogs are not showing up.  I will try to come back and add all pictures!

Lori (aka Mama With a Dash of DIY Drama) shared this AMAZING dresser.  I want to find a piece to do this on!  Like yesterday!

Bella Nest via Summit Street Joy shared this awesome lace designed table!

Meg and Mum's shared this gorgeous green buffet!  I love the style of this piece, and Megs nailed the finish!

Shari from Turnstyle Vogue shared this beautiful two toned dresser- I love the look of the drawer fronts!

Make the Best of What's Around shared this awesome TV console from a dresser- I love the mix of knobs!

And Ange from The Blooming Hydrangea showed off her freshly and brightly painted nighstands which look amazing in her bedroom!

That's all folks!  Have a fabulous weekend!  We might be in for some snow here! :)

great stuff! wow, love megs and mum's piece!
ohhh how I struggle with paint. I KNOW paint can make or break a project, I just don't enjoy that step after I build something. :(
have a great weekend Cassie!! sounds busy and fun!

Ohhh, thanks so much for including my dresser with all of the great features. Oliver is one of my favorite names...I just told Eryn a few days agao that she HAD to name her future little boy Oliver or she wouldn't be allowed to have children ;)

Have a great weekend. Sounds like a lot of fun.
