Beat Up Dresser Becomes Beautiful Sideboard

My neighbors were getting rid of this dresser which needed some serious TLC.

My neighbor actually was certain I would not want it because it needed so much work.  Color me challenged!  That made me want to give it new life even more!  I am sharing all the details of how I glued, filled, sawed, painted it back to life over at The DIY Club today, but check out how it looks now!

Head on over to The DIY Club for all the details!

That's great! I'm doing something very similar with a dresser I have. I need to figure out how to add that shelf. Do you just get it cut to size and then nail it in?

I always love when someone is convinced you don't want their junk because the furniture, in their opinion is beyond redemption. That just inspires me more, and obviously you too! Gorgeous color, fantastic job!
