Monday Giveaway: Mohawk Area Rug for Your Home!!!

I was beyond thrilled when Mohawk Flooring contacted me to review a rug, and offer a chance for one of you to win one, too!  The only room in our home that I did not yet have a rug in, but wanted one, was our dining room.  I needed a large rug (8x10) so I had hesitated to order in the past, unsure of what exactly I wanted in there.

Given this opportunity, I chose something very neutral but complementary to our current decor.   I selected the Kodiak in platinum.  I thought it would be perfect in the dining room, but if not I knew it would be a nice versatile rug that could also be used in our playroom or guest room.

I was SO excited when it arrived and was even better than I had imagined in the dining room!!!  And let me tell you, our pups, especially Charlie, love it!

 This rug anchors the dining room perfectly, keeping it light feeling, and the overall look is a soft gray.

However, if you look closely, the fibers are actually more of a marled look, which is perfect since it will hide spots and imperfections created by our family much better than if it were solid all the way!

It is soooo soft under my feet... I can see why Charlie loves it so much.  Here is an instagram I shared the day it arrived.
